In August 2019 WHVCC committed to an investment in Refuel up to a maximum of R4 million for 26,4% of the company subject to certain performance criteria.
Refuel is an innovative mobile app service combining the latest advancements in technology, safety and security to deliver fuel to customers at their convenience, effectively bringing the petrol pump to the vehicle.
Refuel’s app which has just been completed and fully tested is very user friendly and extremely convenient. In essence Refuel will connect motorists to petrol stations without having the need to visit a petrol station.
Refuel’s first mobile truck has just been completed and the company has obtained all the necessary permits required to transport fuel.
Refuel launched its pilot programme with Deloitte in April 2020, in their new office building in Waterfall and current clients include Deloitte, the Capital Hotel group, Hino and several other exciting businesses.

White Hall Art
WHVCC recently entered into a joint initiative with William Kentridge, the renowned South African artist. WHVCC owns 69.9% of White Hall Art Proprietary Limited. The remaining 30.1% is owned by the Centre for the Less Good Idea NPC – a non-profit initiative driven by William Kentridge for the upliftment, development and education of talented people in the arts and culture environment. Kentridge artworks are not available for sale locally other than to investors in WHVCC.

White Hall Venture Capital Company has entered into a joint initiative with expert and well positioned art curators to source artworks from local artists. These are available for sale both to investors in WHVCC and the general public. A portion of each sale will be redistributed towards the upliftment of the South African art industry.
