Jeffrey is a practising Chartered Accountant and Chairman of Light & Livingstone Inc., Registered Accountants and Auditors. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976 after completing his articles at PKF. Jeffrey provides a wide range of professional services and has acted as a director of and consultant to several public and private companies. Jeffrey was instrumental in the listing of Net1 Applied Technology Holdings Limited on the Venture Capital Market of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1997 and together with Jeffrey Miller played a significant role in the listing of Brandcorp Holdings Limited on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1997. Jeffrey retired as Non-Executive Chairman of ADvTECH Limited, having served on the board of that company for 8 years. Jeffrey is a director of numerous companies, as well as a trustee of many inter vivos and testamentary trusts
Ricky Luntz 34, B.Acc CA (SA)
Director and Chief Executive of the Manager (WHVCC & Cabriere)
Ricky qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 after completing his articles at Grant Thornton Johannesburg Inc. In his third year of articles, Ricky was chosen to be a part of an international programme where he was sent together with nine other candidates from across the globe to work for PKF Australia during their merger with BDO Australia.
Ricky joined Propertuity fresh out of articles as a financial manager. He soon became the financial director, in which role he was responsible for overseeing the company’s rapid growth over a five year period. During this period he developed an accomplished record of deal making and development in the property industry. Having successfully negotiated an equity deal with Rand Merchant Holdings, Ricky was appointed as the managing director of the Propertuity Development Group, a position he held until his resignation which became effective at the end of February 2018.
Ricky’s core strengths are in financial structuring and planning and his sound operational capability and attention to detail will ensure that the day to day operations of the company are effectively managed.
Daniel Rubenstein 39, BCom (Hon), CA(SA)

Daniel is a Chartered Accountant. He qualified in 2009 after completing his Articles at PKF. He has been involved in property from a young age and is well networked in the property industry. Daniel was one of the founders of Annuity Properties Limited, a property fund which was started in 2010 and listed on the JSE in 2012. Annuity Properties Limited was sold to Redefine Properties Limited in 2014. Daniel was instrumental in creating a property portfolio for Annuity Properties valued at R2 billion in a period of three years. Since Redefine’s acquisition of Annuity, Daniel has been involved in various property transactions in South Africa and Europe. He has a proven track record of sourcing attractive property investment opportunities, structuring transactions and raising acquisition finance, both locally and abroad. Daniel is currently CEO of Glen Anil Development Corporation which owns, develops and manages residential, and commercial property.
Jarod Kolman 43, B.Com (Hon), Finance. HDip Co.Law.

Jarod attended Wits University where he qualified with a B.Com (Hon) Finance and an HDip Co.Law. In 2001 Jarod founded Limestone Properties, a Real Estate agency specialising in selling off plan developments for other developers, selling over 5000 units within 5 years. In 2007 Jarod changed the focus of the business from an Off-plan marketing Real Estate Agency to a fully-fledged developer. Over the next 12 years Limestone has taken steps to continue the vertical integration and now the only disciplines that Limestone do not have in house is engineering and construction.
In 2007 Jarod founded a business called The Executive Apartments and Hotels, which later changed its name to The Capital. In 2011 this was sold back to the other founding partner, Marc Wachberger. Jarod has a track record of finding opportunities in the apartment hotel market, understands the needs of his guests and constantly designs new products to meet the ever changing demands of his target market. He is the current owner of Enigma apartments and Hotel that currently operate 144 keys in the heart of Sandton. Jarod is also the co-founder of Sure Inc. – a leading insurance technology and development company based in the US, which focuses on insurance products for individuals and businesses. The platform currently powers fortune 500 insurance companies and some of the world’s leading brands, including Tesla Insurance.
WHVCC Investment Committee
The Investment Committee comprises Jarod Kolman, Daniel Rubenstein and Ricky Luntz. The investment committee will present to the Board potential investments, where unanimous approval will be required.
